A useful petrol pump bill format gives the rate and quantity enough space to remain readable. Keep litres separate from the price per litre, and enter the vehicle number consistently. A fuel bill receipt format should also preserve the station address and the original transaction date. The document can support your expense records, but its layout does not authenticate the station or confirm that payment occurred.

If the source receipt says ₹2,010, do not overwrite the total to hide the difference. Check the entered unit price, volume and rounding against the original. The demonstrated fuel layout calculates the amount automatically. Charging layouts use different units and fields; do not apply a litres calculation to kWh.
